I received a diploma from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (formerly Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy), which is the only school for hypnotherapy licensed with the Florida Department of Education.
This training included over 500 hours, including hands on training.

Stress and Anxiety
Feeling stressed out can be linked to ideas that replay over and over in our subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy uncovers the root cause of our stress, providing immediate reduction in these feelings, which is measurable.
Feelings of Fear, Anger, Sadness or Resentment
These feelings can pop up without warning and affect the harmony in our homes, affect our ability to work or make money, and affect our relationships with people. Hypnotherapy allows you to resolve these feelings, sometimes in as little as 1-3 sessions.
Using hypnotherapy, you can lose a reasonable amount of weight with fewer struggles than you have had in the past. Using a series of sessions (3-5), you can see progress towards your goal right away in most cases.
Stress, Feelings of Anxiety, and Lack of Motivation
These three things can totally stop us from succeeding and cause us to give up on life. We may think this is just who we are inside. This is simply not true. It doesn’t have to be this way. These issues can be transformed for good with hypnotherapy, sometimes in 1-2 sessions per issue. I have done this work with myself and found it life-changing. Never, ever, ever give up! Hypnotherapy is only one of many ways to deal with these issues; it is not a cure-all for every issue. However, if you are really suffering from any issue, you owe it to yourself to try it, at least once.
Sometimes when we try to fix something many times, our mind can become rigid and fixed into a “rut” of thinking it is just not possible. Our weight loss program starts with a simple hypnosis session to prime your mind to the idea that change is possible and show it what changes you want. It does not change who you are as a person, but simply works to get your subconscious mind to “allow” this change to happen. It gets both conscious and subconscious mind on the same track so you can make food and exercise choices that cause you to lose weight and keep it off, without fighting yourself every step of the way. The second session gives you more courage, motivation, determination, and confidence to continue the weight loss process. Session three, four, and five, if needed, uncover ideas that we have that sabotage the process of losing weight or keeping it off. The choices of what you eat and if/when you exercise is always up to you, this program just makes it way easier to make the choices you want.
